Todays final practice session for the TCR cars was held under extremely trying condition were all cars had to turn their headlights on due to low light.
For Jimmy Vernon this wasn’t an issue as he’d participated in 12 hour GT events at Bathurst prior in those condition.
“Further gains were made in the overall handling and car balance from P1” stated Vernon. “We’ll continue down this setup path and hopefully there’ll be a pot of gold at the end of it” he added.
Tomorrow starts with a 30 minute qualifying session at 10.25 to set the grid for race one at 1.45pm.
Sunday has a full day of action with driver signing, pit walks, and two more races.
Pop on down either day to meet jimmy and get a pit tour (time permitting).
